Elections: This AGM will elect the Provincial Voting Delegates to the National AGM. We need three people who can guarantee that they will attend the National AGM to be held in Kelowna in March 2011. If you wish your name to be considered for a position, and you cannot attend the meeting, the Secretary MUST have a completed nomination form, signed by the member indicating the position standing for. All positions except Provincial Director, will require a signed nominator.
The National Director position up for election is that currently held by Joan Moore. Our other National Director is Michael Rabe whose term is up for re-election in 2011. The responsibilities of Provincial Director, at this time, are primarily to co-ordinate the area's inspection and to communicate with the Provincial Executive the requirements of their area.
