Notice Re: Stallion Directory
Your stallion report is due each year November 30. To maintain your directory listing membership and directory fee must be made to the office. For additional information E-mail directly to: Office Admin
For licensed stallions beyond their initial two year License, you must also include your training plan & progeny results going forward.
*** If you did not receive your directory renewal letter sent by e-mail, please contact Office Admin and Stallion Directory Editor immediately. This list will be updated as activations are completed.
Where stallions whose two year license has expired are nominated to the next stallion performance test, upon successful completion of the test their foals conceived in the current & years thereafter will receive General Stud Book papers. Should the stallion fail to complete the test satisfactorily, or not test, those foals will be registered in the Auxiliary Book until such time as full Approval is achieved.

While every effort has been made to ensure the complete accuracy of all information, the CWHBA and its officers and officials make no claim or guarantee as to the accuracy of same and cannot be held responsible or liable for errors.
CWHBA introduced annual stallion activation in 1997. Foals by the Approved or Licensed CWHBA entered stallions listed here will be eligible for general stud-book registration in their foaling year. Please contact the office for stallions approved by other organizations. Stallions must be activated by November 1 of each year (by submission of Report of Mares Bred, Activation Fee and Membership) for the following breeding season and to ensure inclusion in the Stallion Directory & on this web site.
